Parry also confirmed Bas Savage, Chris Shuker and Gareth Edds will not be kept on at Prenton Park.

Charlie Barnett, Josh Macauley and Kithson Bain will also leave the club.

West Brom's Luke Daniels, Man City's Shaleum Logan and Northampton Town's Chris McCready are also set to leave Prenton Park, after completing their loan spells at Tranmere.

Parry told the club website: "We've targeted areas we feel we need to improve and we will be working hard over the summer to bring the players we want to the club."
