Rovers keeper wants fewer errors

Tranmere goalkeeper Luke Daniels has said that Rovers need to make fewer individual errors if they are to avoid relegation from League One.

Managerless Rovers are currently second-bottom of the table, with just 10 points from 16 games.

Daniels told BBC Radio Merseyside: "At times we've been unlucky and at times we've made some individual errors.

"We have got a few young lads and we have a few experienced pros, so people do know their roles."

Tranmere travel to Leyton Orient on Saturday, a game which comes hot on the heels of Rovers' 1-0 FA Cup first round replay win at Brisbane Road on Tuesday.

"It is nice to get a win away from home," added Daniels. "But we need to start winning at home - that's one of the main priorities for me.

"We need to make Prenton Park difficult for other teams. Lets face it, if we've got to go there, they have got to come here and it's a long way for them.

"So, we need to start sending teams down the road unhappy as well."
