Tranmere Rovers have confirmed caretaker manager Les Parry will take charge of his second match at Prenton Park against Brighton on Saturday.
The League One club will once again turn to their physio after he managed the side during their 1-0 defeat by Stockport on Monday.
"It's a massive game for us against Brighton on Saturday," said Parry.
"We need the fans to get behind us like they did against Stockport. The crowd were absolutely magnificent."
He added: "They supported us all game, which was great to see. All three home sides of the ground got really behind us and we appreciate it."
Tranmere sacked manager John Barnes and his assistant Jason McAteer on Friday after only collecting three wins in their 14 matches in charge.
Rovers are currently third from bottom in the division, six points from safety.
