Sherriff and Taylor will both have medicals before joining Tranmere

Tranmere are poised to sign Wales international striker Gareth Taylor and Australian defender Shane Sherriff, if the pair pass medicals at Prenton Park.
Taylor, 33, has agreed a two-year contract with Ronnie Moore's side.
He was released by Nottingham Forest in May, and was also targeted by Crewe after a loan spell there last season.
Sherriff, 23, has spent the last three years with Danish side Aarhus, but will also need to obtain a visa before his two-year deal can be confirmed.
Taylor, who won 12 caps for his country, will have a medical on Thursday after returning from holiday.
Meanwhile, former Leeds trainee Sherriff - who was known as Shane Cansdell-Sherriff during his four years at Elland Road - will undergo his medical when he returns to the UK, after acquiring a visa in his native Australia.
