Tottenham striker Mido has been cleared of improper conduct over his red card against Chelsea following a Football Association disciplinary hearing.
The charge related to his reaction after being sent off for a challenge on Asier del Horno - and his failure to leave the field of play promptly.
A claim for wrongful dismissal from Spurs regarding the sending off was rejected by the FA on 31 August.
Mido is currently serving a three-match suspension for his red card.
He denied the improper conduct charge and was cleared following a personal hearing.
Because the FA have spared him further punishment, Mido's ban will be completed by Tuesday's Carling Cup tie against Grimsby.
The Egyptian will be available to play Fulham in the Premiership on Monday.
