JOL'S VIEW

Spurs boss Martin Jol saw his selection policy justifed as Jermain Defoe showed his England class with a hat-trick.
Frederic Kanoute kept his place as Robbie Keane made way for the recalled Defoe and Jol admitted: "I had to make a tough decision.
"It went against Robbie but at times in the Premiership you need a big man like Kanoute to play long balls to.
"Jermain Defoe can score every game. He scored a hat-trick but could have had four or five," added Jol.
Spurs notched a fourth successive Premiership win for the first time in nine years.
A delighted Jol said: "A lot of teams don't have the strikers we have and we're very happy about that.
"The Premiership is a tough league but if you have a squad of good players and you grow in confidence then you can get results."
Tottenham's next two games are against struggling Norwich and Crystal Palace but Jol refused to get carried away.
"We had a spell of six straight defeats and now we have won four in a row, so no game is easy.
"Every game is like a cup final and Norwich and Crystal Palace will be fighting for their lives and make it tough."
