Michael Carrick could be on the move from West Ham

Tottenham caretaker boss David Pleat has revealed he may strengthen his squad in the January transfer window.
Pleat insists the uncertainty over the long-term management position at White Hart Lane will not halt any moves.
And West Ham United midfield man Michael Carrick is reported to be top of Pleat's transfer hit-list.
He said: "We will not have a massive intake of new signings in the new year but there may be a player who can come in and improve our position."
Jamie Redknapp, Simon Davies and Christian Ziege are all long-term absentees and Pleat would like to add to his squad.
Carrick, 22, has been jeered recently by Hammers fans, and Spurs may be able to tempt boss Alan Pardew with an offer.
Pleat may also consider moves for Charlton Athletic's Scott Parker, unsettled Manchester United midfield man Nicky Butt or Sheffield United's Michael Tonge.
