Chris Brandon (front) has agreed new contract
Torquay United are giving a trial to a Cameroon international and will also give an Argentinian the chance to stake his claim for a contract at Plainmoor.

Midfielder Simone Kaljob, 24, who has played twice for Cameroon and holds a French passport, is on trial along with former Norwich City forward Kevin Parker.

The Gulls will also give a trial later this week to Matias Rodriguez San Pedro of Argentina as boss Wes Saunders widens his search for potential new signings.

Torquay are also talking to English players and midfielder Chris Brandon has agreed a two-year deal.
