Torquay United full-back Kevin Nicholson has been named in the England C squad for the Four Nations Tournament and friendlies in the West Indies.
He is joined in the squad by fellow Devon-based left-sided player Dean Moxey from Exeter City.
England face Wales, Scotland and Gibraltar in a four-nation championship in Wales next week before jetting off to the Caribbean.
They play friendlies against Grenada on 31 May and Barbados on 2 June.
The England C team was formerly known as England's semi-professional side and is made up from players plying their trade outside of the Football League.
Nicholson was first brought into the England C squad last season while at Forest Green Rovers.
Exeter's Moxey was part of the England C team which beat Wales 2-1 at Exeter's St James Park in February.
Also called up to the side is former Torquay player Chris McPhee, who scored the winner against his old club in Saturday's FA Trophy final.
