Torquay United's 21-year-old midfielder Danny Stevens has signed a new two-and-a-half-year contract.
The deal keeps the former Tottenham youth player, who has scored four goals for the Gulls this season, at Plainmoor until 2010.
"Danny has earned this through his attitude and his performances," said Torquay manager Paul Buckle.
Meanwhile, former Bristol City midfielder Danny Wring, 21, has left Plainmoor by mutual consent.
Stevens, who at 5ft 1in is one of the smallest players in English professional football, signed for Torquay from Luton Town at the beginning of the season.
