Midfielder Adams, 27, has signed a two-and-a-half year deal after snubbing a new short-term Swindon contract.
Forward Mohamed, 23, has signed on loan for a month.
And 27-year-old former Southend and Aldershot front man D'Sane joins for the rest of the season for an undisclosed fee from Stanley.
All three players could make their debuts against Histon on Monday.
