Torquay United boss Paul Buckle has added to his backroom staff with the appointment of former Oxford reserve team coach Shaun North.
North, who also previously worked at Portsmouth and alongside Buckle at Weymouth, takes on a coaching role in the new-look set-up at Plainmoor.
Long-serving midfielder/defender Matt Hockley has agreed a new deal.
The 25-year-old has made over 200 appearances for the Gulls since coming through the club's youth scheme.
