Destination for AFC Telford
Bucks Head, home of the old Telford United
The Football Association has decided that AFC Telford United should start next season in Unibond Division One, reports BBC Radio Shropshire.

The new club was formed by fans after Telford United's liquidation in May.

An FA panel has made its decision, but the club must now wait to see if they are accepted by their new league - three divisions below the Conference.

Some clubs are not happy with the decision, and want AFC Telford to start from the bottom of the pyramid.

Once the club know for definite which division they will be in, they can begin hiring players and a manager.
