Tamworth's prospects for next season have been boosted by veteran striker Bob Taylor's decision to sign a contract extension.

Former West Brom and Bolton striker Taylor, 38, has agreed a new 12-month deal to keep him at the Lamb Ground.

Taylor has scored 18 Conference goals this season and is the latest to put pen to paper for manager Mark Cooper.

Adie Smith, Aaron Brown, Dave Brampton, Matt Redmile and Scott Stamps have all committed themselves.
