Taylor allowed leave by Tamworth
Bob Taylor
Taylor will miss Saturday's FA Cup first round tie at Bournemouth
Tamworth have given veteran striker Bob Taylor two weeks' leave to deal with personal matters following his conviction for drink-driving.

Former West Brom and Bolton striker Taylor, 38, will miss Saturday's FA Cup tie at Bournemouth.

A Tamworth statement said: "We've offered support to him but it's been made clear that this club does not condone drink-driving.

"We will not accept serious breaches of the club's code of conduct."
