Swindon have announced that wingers Sofiene Zaaboub and Kaid Mohammed and defender Andy Nicholas will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
The players were informed on Thursday by manager Maurice Malpas, who told BBC Radio Swindon: "I've no problems with them, they've given me everything.
"It's just that they're out of contract or they're not my type of player."
New contracts will be offered to loan signing Michael Timlin and full-backs Jamie Vincent and Jack Smith.
Malpas added: "Thankfully the players that I've spoken to, none of them threw their toys out of the pram. It was accepted and we get on with our lives."
Midfielder Michael Pook is deciding whether to accept a new deal, as he has not been guaranteed a first-team place next season.
