Brent Sancho's proposed loan move to Swansea has collapsed with the Gillingham defender returning to Priestfield with immediate effect.
Sancho has rejoined Gills after a discrepancy over his contract.
Gillingham chairman Paul Scally told the club's official website: "We had agreed a deal with Swansea that would have seen Brent join them on loan.
"But they now want to renege on that deal and quite frankly I'm furious with them for not honouring their word."
