Swansea manager Kenny Jackett says star striker Lee Trundle is yet to reach his full potential despite taking his goal tally to 14 in 14 games this season.
Trundle scored three in Saturday's 5-1 win over Chesterfield, and Jackett said: "He's running ability is getting better. He's getting fitter.
"He's taken on board some of things we've told him about looking after himself and it's starting to show.
"His fitness is starting to promote his ability now."
Swansea moved up to third in League One after Saturday's impressive victory against a Chesterfield side who had been enjoying their best start to a season for 24 years.
And Jackett told BBC Wales Sport: "That was as well as we've played this year - particularly the first 45 minutes. The performance was excellent."
