Leon Hylton and Brad Maylett have agreed to join Swansea City.
Hylton is an England Under-21 international
The pair impressed director of football Brian Flynn during loan spells at the club last season.
Left-back Hylton has agreed a two-year contract after being released by Aston Villa.
The 20-year-old spent the last three months of the season on loan at the Vetch, and is currently in France with the England Under-20 squad.
"To get an England Under-21 international from a Premiership club is good news and a boost for everyone," said Flynn of Hylton.
Winger Maylett, who has been released by Burnley, has agreed to sing a one-year deal with an option for a second season.
SWANSEA CITY SIGNINGS
Flynn said: "When Brad was with us he showed his capabilities. He got better and better as the month wore on.
"He can play wide on the right, he can play wide on the left and he has played up front as well using his pace.
"He will give us a number of options. I'm delighted we've secured his signature because I think he'll be a real asset for us."
Flynn is also optimistic about the club's chances of securing the services of influential Spanish midfielder Roberto Martinez.
The player met Swansea directors on Monday before flying back to Spain.
"The meeting was positive and we hope to get his decision in the next day or so," said Flynn.
"I'm very hopeful - he's always been positive and said he wants to sign for Swansea City."
Flynn has also held talks with former Cardiff City central defender Andy Jordan.
Jordan, 23, was released by the Bluebirds in May.
Swansea have confirmed the dates for their pre-season tour to the Netherlands.
They will meet Dutch Premier club Den Haag on 29 July and FC Noordwijk on 31 July.
