Stoke City defender Andy Wilkinson has reported fit for Saturday's trip to Bolton after recovering from his latest injury setback.
Wilkinson, 26, was ruled out for a month after suffering knee ligament damage at Chelsea in August.
The right-back returned for two games, only to aggravate it and miss last weekend's 1-0 home win over Blackburn.
But he played for the reserves in their 2-0 win over Huddersfield on Tuesday and felt no ill-effects.
"It was a good run-out and nice to stretch the legs," he told BBC Radio Stoke. "It's topped up the fitness and I'm feeling good."
Wilkinson hints that there have been times when he has played through the pain barrier in a bid to keep his first team shirt.
"There's good players at the club," he said. "And sometimes you don't want them to know you're struggling.
"But you have to be sensible and not let the team down."
