Stoke striker Hannes Sigurdsson has joined Danish side Brondby for an undisclosed fee.
The Icelandic international, 22, moved joined from Norwegian side Viking Stavanger in August 2005 but has failed to establish himself in the first team.
Potters chief executive Tony Scholes told the club website: "It's a good move for Hannes and good business.
"He doesn't fit into the manager's plans. It's best for Hannes and for the club for him to move on."
