Chadwick has played in the Championship for Burnley and Reading

Stoke City have signed Luke Chadwick on a six-month loan deal from West Ham.
In April the 24-year-old former Manchester United winger signed a two-year extension to his West Ham contract, taking him through to 2007.
Chadwick had joined the Hammers, who were then in the Championship, on a free transfer from Manchester United on a one-year deal just over a year ago.
While with Manchester United Chadwick had loan spells with Championship clubs Burnley and Reading.
