Crossley joins Potters
Mark Crossley in action for Middlesbrough
Mark Crossley made his name at Nottingham Forest
Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has signed Middlesbrough's experienced number two goalkeeper Mark Crossley on a month's loan.

The 33-year-old goes straight into the squad for the game against Gillingham.

The Welsh international, who made his name at Nottingham Forest, is Pulis' first signing since taking over at the Potters.

"Mark is goalkeeper of pedigree with tremendous experience at the highest level," said Pullis.

"We think it's important at this moment to give Neil Cutler a bit of a break and Mark's arrival will allow us to do that."
