League Two strugglers Stockport have signed former Carlisle defender David Beharall until the end of the season.
Beharall will be hoping to earn a longer-term deal
The 26-year-old central defender earned a deal at Edgeley Park after impressing in a game for Stockport's reserves.
He told Stockport's website: "Hopefully I can help them stay up and sign a new contract next season."
Beharall, whose previous clubs include Newcastle and Oldham, left Carlisle by mutual consent last month after a year at Brunton Park.
