Coakley spends month with Stenny
Striker Adam Coakley has followed Motherwell team-mate Shaun Fagan in joining Stenhousemuir on loan.

The 19-year-old Coakley and midfielder Fagan went straight into the line-up to face Albion Rovers in the Third Division on Saturday.

Stenny manager Campbell Money said: "Adam is quick, useful in front of goal and will give us another option up front given our recent injuries.

"He's been on the fringes of the first team at Fir Park."

Both players will spend a month at Ochilview.

Motherwell manager Maurice Malpas said: "Shaun hasn't played that many games recently and, with no run of reserve games coming up, we decided to let him go and get his match fitness up by playing games.

"Hopefully this move will also allow him to regain his confidence.

"He did well at Youth level last season but has struggled a bit this season."
