Camara to remain at Celtic Park
Celtic striker Henri Camara is wanted by Southampton
Camara is set to see out his £1.5m loan spell at Celtic
Wolves have made it clear Henri Camara will not break his loan deal with Celtic unless the Molineux club receive a significant offer for the striker.

Southampton wanted the 27-year-old on loan but Wolves intervened.

"We have had a couple enquires from Premier League clubs to take Camara on loan," said Wolves chief Jez Moxey.

"The only circumstances under which we would agree a move would be if a club wanted to buy the player outright, for a price that was acceptable to us."

Camara has struggled to make an impact at Parkhead despite scoring eight goals.

But the Senegal striker is now likely to see out the full length of his £1.5m loan deal to Celtic.

Moxey told the club's website: "With the transfer deadline approaching, a deal would have to be done soon or Camara will be staying at Parkhead until the end of the season when his loan deal expires and he returns to Wolves."

Camara was loaned out by Wolves after a bitter row which saw Camara boycott the Molineux club.

Camara handed in a transfer request following Wolves' relegation from the Premiership and his refusal to play in the Championship saw him refuse to return to pre-season training.

Wolves were prepared to take a hard line with the striker, but eventually let him out on loan to Celtic for a fee of £1.5m, with an option to buy him at the end of the season.
