New Shrewsbury Town loan signing Asa Hall is hoping his debut goal for the club will be the first of many.
"I was top scorer with Birmingham reserves," the 21-year-old midfielder told BBC Radio Shropshire. "And I like to get up and into the box.
"To score for Shrewsbury in my first game was a dream start and, while it's too early to set targets, I want more."
Hall is hoping he has done enough to keep his place. "First team football is the way forward for me," he added.
If Hall makes his mark from now until the end of the season, the loan deal with Birmingham could become a permanent one.
Town manager Gary Peters was pleased with Hall's first showing.
"People will look at his debut goal but I saw a lot more from him," said Peters. "He's lively, thoughtful and a good team member."
