Sheffield Wednesday chief executive Kaven Walker says he is committed to improving relationships with the fans.
Walker told BBC Radio Sheffield: "We want to embrace the fans. I'll work with the fans, bring the ideas to the table, sit down and discuss them.
"I have a number of meetings set up with individuals who have concerns about certain things."
An increase in ticket prices has been one of those concerns, with attendances dropping to around 15,000 this season.
Last year's threat of legal action by the club against Wednesday fans who posted messages on an internet forum that the club deemed as "damaging" also saw relationships fray.
The legal action was later dropped, but it did not help the club bond with their supporters.
