Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws is looking in Denmark for new players.
Laws told BBC Radio Sheffield that he is looking for new blood to bring in when the transfer window reopens, despite having no money to spend.
"I took in a game in Denmark to look at a player. In Denmark, in particular, the contracts tend to run out towards the end of December," he said.
"I've got to make sure I cover all avenues, whether it be loan or permanent," Laws added.
Meanwhile, the club have dismissed speculation suggesting young defender Mark Beevers has suffered a serious injury.
BBC Radio Sheffield understands Beevers picked up a slight hamstring injury in training but will be fit for the Owls' next home game against Watford on Saturday, 13 September.
