Championship side Sheffield United have completed the signing of striker Henri Camara until the end of the season.
The 32-year-old Senegal international, who was a free agent after leaving Wigan in the summer, had a trial with the Blades in September.
"At a time when we have got so many major players out injured he will bring experience and a bit of quality to the squad," said boss Kevin Blackwell.
Blackwell said Camara needed to get fit but added: "He is a proven goalscorer."
"He will be able to give us cameo roles from the bench to begin with," he said.
Camara ended last season on loan at Stoke City, but made just four substitute appearances. He will join the Blades who have not won for five games, their last victory coming in the Steel-City Derby.
Blackwell currently only has one fit striker - Darius Henderson - at his disposal.
