Midfielder Morris was injured as a late substitute on Sunday
Scunthorpe midfielder Ian Morris will miss six to eight weeks of action after injuring his knee against Huddersfield on Sunday, boss Nigel Adkins has said.
The injury occurred late in the match when the former Leeds player had only just come on as a substitute.
The loss of the Irishman, 21, compounds injury problems for United.
Both Ben May and Krystian Pearce are already doubts for Saturday's FA Cup third round visit to Championship outfit Watford.
