New Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws admits he had sleepless nights over his decision to leave Scunthorpe.
"It's been a big, big decision. I spent a quarter of my life at Scunthorpe," the outgoing Iron manager said.
"Scunthorpe are a great club going
in the right direction and we built that over time, slowly but surely without any money.
"It was a pleasure working there and I've got terrific admiration for the people, but it was the right decision."
