FA Trophy is Tommy Widdrington priority

Salisbury City boss Tommy Widdrington says their upcoming FA Trophy semi-finals are their priority, rather than the Blue Square Premier.

The Whites will face either York or Barrow at home on 13 March and away on 20 March for a place at Wembley.

"They are the most important games for the club right now," Widdrington told BBC Wiltshire.

"It will be great if we achieve the reality of what is a fairytale, for a team of Salisbury's size."

The Whites have lost just twice in their last 13 outings and sit 16th in the table.

Widdrington continued: "We are a top 10 side in the league, it's no surprise we have got to the top four of a national competition.

"I wasn't fussed who we got in the draw. I was more pleased we are at home first, it creates more interest. Luckily we are in a rich vein of form."

Barrow and York's quarter-final tie was postponed for a second time on Tuesday because of a frozen pitch.
