Three in and one out at Salisbury

Salisbury City manager Nick Holmes has strengthened his squad with three deadline day loan signings.

Torquay defenders Chris Todd and Michael Brough have joined for a month and will add experience to the squad.

Meanwhile Southend forward Charles Ademeno has signed until the end of the season having spent a month in Wiltshire before Christmas.

Holmes also sold winger Liam Feeney to League Two Bournemouth for an undisclosed fee.

Feeney made more than 70 appearances for Salisbury and the deal includes a sell-on clause.

In November, he joined Southend on loan, only to be recalled by the Whites.

With the signings of Todd and Brough, Holmes has boosted his defensive options which had been depleted by the departure of Dave Winfield back to Aldershot following a month at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium.

Jimmy Sangare could miss the rest of the season with a facial injury and Tim Bond had already moved to Sutton United.

Todd has been sidelined since November after being diagnosed with leukemia and the move will give him the chance to gain much needed match fitness.

Brough has only made one appearance for Torquay since signing from Forest Green Rovers last summer.

Holmes has brought Ademeno back to south Wiltshire after he made six appearances for Salisbury at the end of 2008, scoring one goal.

A product of the Southend youth set-up, the 20-year-old has made six first-team appearances for the Blues.

He has previously had loan spells with Welling United, Rushden & Diamonds and Cambridge United.
