Farrell focuses on team success

Rushden and Diamonds striker Craig Farrell has said the team's targets are more important than his own.

The 26-year-old joined the Diamonds from York, in a deal that saw Michael Rankine move to Kitkat Crescent.

Farrell told the club's website: "I work hard for the team and always try to give my best.

"I'll set myself a goal tally of a certain amount, and then if I haven't got there at the end but the team has done well, that's fine".

Farrell scored 21 goals in 75 appearances for York.
