Rotherham United have extended the deal for striker Drewe Broughton to a one-year contract.
The former MK Dons frontman had agreed a short-term deal with the Millers but has been rewarded with a new deal after a string of impressive performances.
Millers manager Mark Robins told BBC Radio Sheffield that Broughton deserves the contract.
"Over the last couple of games he has done enough to earn a longer deal and he gives us something different."
Meanwhile, Robins has revealed that the club will not be following up their interest in Marcus Harber.
"Marcus played last night in the reserves and I won't be taking that any further at the minute."
However, Robins will take another look at former Athletico Bilbao striker Omar Garcia.
"He has played at Athletico Bilbao B so he has some experience and did ok in the reserves last night. He is a left footer and we are just taking a good look at him and we may do something with him."
