Gers keeper injured while biking
Rangers goalkeeper Stefan Klos
Klos has played just three games since January 2005
Rangers goalkeeper Stefan Klos has been ruled out for up to four months after damaging shoulder ligaments in a biking accident in Switzerland.

The 34-year-old underwent surgery in his native Germany and has now returned to Glasgow where he will begin his slow return to fitness.

Klos lost his place to Ronald Waterreus after suffering knee ligament damage in January 2005.

And the former Borussia Dortmund keeper managed just three games last season.

Waterreus has yet to decide whether he will stay at Rangers, while Klos has a year to run on his contract.
