McGregor set for loan move
Allan McGregor in action for Rangers
McGregor has made just four appearances this season
Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor looks set to be loaned out next season to gain more experience.

The 22-year-old has stepped in for Stefan Klos in recent weeks and has impressed boss Alex McLeish.

"Allan's done well since he came in," said McLeish. "We've got one or two irons in the fire with regards to him going out on loan next year."

Keeper Graeme Smith and striker Steven MacLean have both impressed on loans away from Ibrox this season.

"I definitely need to get more experience of playing first-team football," McGregor told the Rangers News.

"I don't know exactly where yet but it should be good for me to move away from Rangers for a season.

"I fancy moving to England or maybe even an SPL club up here since they changed the rules about loan moves.

"I just want to find a club where I can be guaranteed being first choice and playing most weeks."
