Rangers trialist sent home
Rangers Christian Nerlinger
Christian Nerlinger is a former teammate of Rosin
Rangers have decided not to pursue their interest in Aachen defender Daniel Rosin.

The 22-year-old product of the Bayern Munich youth system had been on trial at Murray Park, with manager Alex McLeish looking for defensive cover for Lorenzo Amoruso and Craig Moore.

Rosin was known to both Christian Nerlinger and Rangers coach Jan Wouters from their days at Bayern Munich.

But the player has not done enough to impress McLeish and will return to Germany on Thursday.
