Queen of the South have signed forward David Bingham, on loan from Gretna, and goalkeeper Stephen Grindlay, who has left Dumbarton.

Hearts keeper Jamie McDonald has also agreed to return to Palmerston Park on a season-long loan.
The 36-year-old Bingham spent last season on loan with Stirling Albion, helping them to promotion.
Now he will spend six months with Division One opponents Queens, who say a number of clubs wanted the forward.
Grindlay, 25, has signed a one-year contract after five years with the Third Division Sons.
The goalkeeper, who was out of contract, had hoped for a move to First Division newcomers Morton, but he has instead headed for Palmerston Park.
Dumbarton secretary David Prophet told his club website: "It's a full-time contract and something he has been after for a while."
MacDonald, 21, made 14 appearances for the Dumfries outfit after joining on loan from Tynecastle in January.
