QPR made a late deadline day swoop to take two Wolves players on loan.
Defender Keith Lowe and striker Leon Clarke, both 20, have joined Rangers on loan for the rest of the season and could make their debuts this weekend.
However, the Lowe deal comes as a blow to Yeovil boss Steve Thompson, who had been close to securing the player on a three-month loan deal at Huish Park.
"I thought we had done a deal with Keith, but at the very last moment he chose to go to QPR," Thompson said.
Lowe and Clarke will both be ineligible from facing their parent club when Wolves visit Loftus Road on 4 March.
