Portsmouth have extended the contract of Southampton-born goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan by a month.
The 33-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance after joining Pompey in August, following his release from Crystal Palace.
Flahavan told the club website: "It's always been an ambition of mine to be here, so I'm over the moon.
"I'll just keep working hard and if I get my chance then I'll do my best for the club."
The former Southend keeper is being kept out of the Pompey side by current number one Jamie Ashdown.
"Jamie and I get on really well and at the moment he's playing really well," Flahavan added.
