Serbia international Ognjen Koroman has returned to Portsmouth on a season-long loan from Russian club Terek Grozny.
Koroman, 27, joined Pompey on loan for the second half of last season and weighed in with one goal as he made one Premiership start.
The former Red Star Belgrade, Dinamo Moscow and Kryliya Sovetov man played for Serbia in the World Cup in Germany.
He said: "I'm delighted to be re-joining Pompey, it's flattering Harry Redknapp kept me in his plans."
Sarajevo-born Koroman has won 25 caps for Serbia.
Koroman's chances to impress Redknapp last season were not helped as he injured a hamstring not long after joining the club.
In all, he made three Premiership appearances and his goal came as a consolation in Pompey's 3-1 defeat at Liverpool.
