The Football Association has warned Portsmouth forward Lomana LuaLua over his future conduct after he admitted a charge of improper conduct.
The FA charged LuaLua in December
LuaLua was charged over his comments after Pompey's 3-1 defeat at Tottenham, a match refereed by Uriah Rennie, in which Spurs were awarded a penalty.
LuaLua said: "It does not help when the referee is playing for the other team."
"It shouldn't have been a penalty and if it wasn't for that decision I think we'd have got something from the game."
