The 28-year-old started just seven Premiership games last season and hinted last week he wants to move from the club he joined for £4.75m in 2001.
Euell's agent Tony Finnigan has confirmed that Portsmouth is a likely destination for the player.
Finnigan said: "Portsmouth are interested in Jason and I would love to get him down there because it is a great place to play."
