Svetoslav Todorov has signed a three-year contract with Premiership newcomers Portsmouth.
Todorov was top scorer last season
The Bulgarian striker joined Pompey from West Ham for £750,000 in March last year after failing to make an impact at Upton Park.
And he has agreed to extend his stay at Fratton Park for a further three years after helping Harry Redknapp's side to the First Division title last season.
The 24-year-old striker was the club's top scorer last season after netting 26 goals in 43 league starts.
The club also confirmed that forward Vincent Pericard is close to becoming a Portsmouth player, with talks between the club and Juventus progressing well.
Pompey boss Harry Redknapp is hoping to sign the striker for a fee in the region of £200,000 after the player's promising loan spell at Fratton Park.
