Vale sign Twiss from Man Utd
Michael Twiss
Michael Twiss could rebuild career at Vale Park
Port Vale boss Brian Horton has signed Michael Twiss on a one-month deal after he was freed by Manchester United.

"This will give us four games to have a good look at him," Horton said.

"Good left-sided players are hard to find at the moment. He's got a good pedigree - you don't spend years at Manchester United unless you are good.

"He's had a setback being released so this will give him another chance."

The 22-year-old made one full appearance for United against Aston Villa in the Worthington Cup and also spent a short loan spell at Sheffield United.
