Bratt announced a new sponsorship deal on Thursday
Port Vale chairman Bill Bratt has given his support to manager Lee Sinnott, saying he will be given further help in signing new players.
Bratt was speaking at a press conference to announce the club's new sponsors and unveil their new kits.
He told BBC Radio Stoke: "We've got a set budget and we're sticking to it because the health of the club is the most important thing.
"If we can get more money in, I'm sure we can put more money towards players."
Vale have signed a club-record two-year sponsorship deal with luxury property developers Harlequin.
The Essex-based company have bases around the world and Bratt thinks it will be an exciting partnership.
"We've attracted a sponsor that really wants to work with the club, that has the same ethics as the club and I think it will be a good deal for both of us," he added.
