Port Vale manager Martin Foyle said he was "embarrassed" after his League One side crashed out of the FA Cup 4-0 at League Two outfit Hereford.
"I feel totally let down. There was no passion or commitment," Foyle fumed.
"The players have said they're going to take responsibility - but the quality was so poor, and the goals we conceded were an absolute nightmare.
"It was absolutely pathetic defending. But I'm not blaming individuals - it was the whole team."
