Vale keen to sign defender Loran
Port Vale manager Martin Foyle is hoping to sign Tranmere Rovers defender Tyrone Loran on a permanent basis.

Loran, 23, has completed a month's loan with Vale and has been told by Tranmere that he is free to leave Prenton Park.

"Tyrone wants to stay but obviously we have to sort out one or two details. You can see him getting stronger and better," Foyle told the Stoke Sentinel.

Foyle may offer a deal to non-contract defender George Abbey after allowing centre-back Dean Smith to join Orient.
